GENEA

GENEA is a program that was written as an important tool for family, ancestor, and descendant research.

Data is entered for a wide variety of individuals who may be related in any number of ways. In addition, data about the various marriages of each individual is entered. Over time, this creates an ever-growing database that GENEA can access quickly. All important personal and marriage data relevant to family research is stored. Family researchers also have the option of entering information that is particularly important to them in specially designated data fields.

Based on the accumulated data, GENEA can clearly display and print the family relationships of individuals in the form of lists, ancestry charts, family trees, and descendant overviews.
